Lovers do always strive for love
They without each other, yet inseperable;
Like the strong sturdy trees of a Grove
Like the beleivers, praying for a miracle
The limits one must trespass
Is worth the time and axhilaration?
For is it because of these limits trespassed that love lasts?
Be it through rainy days or Armageddon?
Happiness in life lies in the simple things
Like her smile or the beautiful twinkling of her eyes
These emotions are as pure as our beginning's
Like those that toddlers make for their mother's, helpless cries
Is love what we think it is
Brushing of lips or carnal pleasure?
Or is it a state of eternal bliss
Or a fear that makes our lives quiver
For in love, they say, souls mix
For we find what we lack and embrace it
Or is it just a fleeting emotion, just us looking for a quick fix
Before we depart,in this small timebound pursuit
